All forgotten flavours are made using our wild east cultures and undergoing a 48 hour long fermentation process prior to drying. It is a combination of these ‘methods and ingredients’ that help break down harmful enzymes and proteins (gluten) that often trigger our bodies defences, making our pasta safe and easier for people to eat and enjoy.
