Covid Lockdown Shipping + Returns

 

We are back!

With the newest restrictions allowing for businesses to open back up at 25% capacity we are excited to announce that our doors are officially opens. 

Our hours of operation for the winter will be: 

Sunday & Monday: Closed
Tuesday-Thursday 10-6pm
Friday 10-8pm
Saturday 10-5pm
*We are only allowing 6 customers in the store at once.
*All public health orders must be followed such as masks and keeping 6 feet distance from others. 
*Please be respectful of our limited space. Non shopping family members/spouses/friends may be asked to wait outside if we have a line up.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer curb side pick any longer. Due to our capacity level, we are only keeping one staff member on at a time which means they need to be in the store and not running orders outside. If you are not comfortable coming inside the store, we do have a hallway and can pass online orders through the door way safely.   We are still offering the ability to shop online and pick up in store. 

For Winnipeg delivery: For 5$ on all orders over $50, we will be offering Winnipeg deliveries on SUNDAY only. We have an amazing company that will drop your orders off on your door step safely between 10:30am and 3pm. If you are not able to be home, please let us know a safe spot to leave your order. Please note, we are not responsible for any orders that go missing. If you are not confident that you have a safe place for it, let us know. 

For Canada wide shipping: All shipping rates apply and we will be shipping products out twice weekly. 

*At this time, we do not offer delivery within Niverville unless you're isolating in an effort to keep our community safe. I'm a homeschooling mama and unfortunately don't have the man power for deliveries. 

Please be patient with us. We are doing our very best to accommodate the current situation and make sure that our products are accessible to you. We are a family ran business and want to do our best to flatten the curve as well so we will not be at the shop all the time. 

Do you use Sustainable Packing & Packaging?  

We are committed to upcycling boxes and packing supplies to ship your order in. The paper, plastic, bubble wrap that you may receive in your package is up cycled from vendors who cannot ship to us in a 100% zero waste manner or from neighbouring stores from whom we up-cycle their shipping “waste”.   You may get your box with another brands logo on it and now you know why! We hope you can reuse this as well, or simply ask that you recycle it in conjunction with your local recycling programs. 

How do you ship? 

All Canadian orders are shipped using Canada Post. We will provide a tracking number with each order via email, and should arrive to your mailbox within 1-7 business days (depending on your location). Your package will be insured up to $100 CAD and will have a $15 flat rate shipping fee*

*Free shipping on all orders over $150 in Canada.

Do you accept returns? 

We are conscious about the carbon emissions created by purchasing, return & exchanging and therefore we unfortunately do not accept returns or issue refunds.

Our goal with offering online shopping is to make sustainable products cross country available. However, if you do have an issue with your purchase, please reach out and and we will treat these requests on a case-by-case basis.  

What if my package is lost?

It is your responsibility to ensure we have the correct shipping address. You package will be insured up to $100 with Canada Post.
