Each of our breads are made from a variety of naturally grown and cultivated wild yeast starters. Each starter is hand crafted using all natural ingredients and are uniquely blended to make a harmonious balance of aromas, flavours and textures.

Bread Flavours:

    • Batoncreamy, spongy, milky, fine-poured crumb, and a thin and crispy crust. This is the perfect bread for morning toast and afternoon sandwiches.
    • Manitoba Rye: made with fresh Manitoba Rye berries, this moist, spongy and slighty savory crumb, accompanied by a nutty and crunchy crust, this is a must have bread for any occasion.
    • Oats & Honey:
    • Cinnamon Raisinwarmth and aroma of freshly ground cinnamon and laden with soft and juicy raisins, this bread is delicious served toasted or untoasted, plain or smeared with butter.
    • Fall Harvest:
    • Tartine: Similar to our Baton bread but with a more sourdough-like taste
